On September 7, officers received a tip as to the whereabouts of the suspect sought in connection to the assault that was reported to have occurred in the 8300 block of Barret Dr. in Manassas (20109) on August 30. Officers learned the suspect was possibly staying at a hotel on Balls Ford Rd. Officers responded to the location and ultimately located the suspect, identified as Abraham CINTO Jr., in one of the rooms where he was taken into custody without incident.
