
On March 28 at 9:22 PM, officers responded to the (22192) to investigate a rolling domestic. Upon arriving in the above area, officers located the involved vehicle unoccupied and unsecured. A short time later, officers were informed that the involved parties were located at a residence in the 12800 block of Hyannis Ln. The investigation revealed that while driving, the victim, identified as a 19-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim before she was able to grab the keys out of the ignition. When the vehicle came to a stop, the accused physically prevented the victim from leaving the vehicle. Eventually, the victim was able to separate from the accused and fled the vehicle. Both the victim and the accused ran towards Hyannis Ln. where they eventually encountered the police. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Gustavo Adolfo ROQUE, was arrested.
