Abduction | Domestic Related [Previously Released] – On December 13 at 7:41PM, officers responded to the area of Dale Blvd. and Birchdale Ave. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 22-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated while driving in the Woodbridge area. During the encounter, the accused pulled the victim’s hair, struck her, and physically prevented her from getting out of the vehicle. While in the above area, the victim got out of the vehicle briefly before the accused forced her back into the vehicle. Eventually, the victim was able to exit the vehicle and contact family members who notified the police. The victim reported minor injuries. While investigating, officers observed threatening messages that the victim reported receiving from the accused on December 10. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Jefry Samir BANEGAS RODRIGUEZ. Attempts to locate BANEGAS RODRIGUEZ have been unsuccessful.
