On April 22, the second suspect sought in connection to the robbery that was reported to have occurred in the 9400 block of Westmoreland Ave in Manassas (20110) on April 14, was arrested. The suspect, Raymond Eugene DOTSON Jr, was located by the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Department and taken into custody. An additional suspect was previously arrested in connection to this investigation on April 19.
