On April 23 at 9:58PM, officers responded to the Bahama Breeze located at 2714 Potomac Mills Cir in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed an unknown teenaged male entered the restaurant and grabbed a purse that was hanging on the wall near the hostess stand and fled the business. The victim, a 19-year-old woman, observed the suspect grab her purse and chased him to the parking lot where the suspect then pulled out a knife. A bystander intervened and the suspect returned the purse before getting into a white SUV and fleeing the area. No injuries were reported, and the stolen property was returned.
