On June 6 at 10:00AM, officers responded to investigate an attempted burglary that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 12200 block of Vista Brook Dr. in Manassas (20112) on May 22. Surveillance footage revealed at approximately 1:30AM, an unknown man attempted to gain entry into the home through the front door which was secured. The suspect then fled from the front of the residence shortly after the homeowner’s dogs began barking. No entry was made into the home and no property damage was reported.
