On April 12 at 10:28PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 4800 block of Dane Ridge Cir in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an attempted burglary. The homeowner reported to police that sometime between 6:30PM on April 11 and 9:40PM on April 12, entry was attempted into the home through the front door that was found damaged. No entry was made into the residence and no property was reported missing.
