On October 21 at 6:04 PM, officers responded to the Rolling Brook Apartments located in the 1900 block of Briar Rose Ln. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an attempted burglary. The investigation revealed entry into an apartment was attempted at approximately 3:33 PM, when three unknown masked individuals kicked the door in and attempted to pry off the door camera. When the suspects were unsuccessful in obtaining the camera, they fled on foot. No entry was made into the apartment and no property was reported missing
