On June 14 at 9:44 PM, officers responded to the 10800 block of Sudley Manor Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a brandishing. The victim, a 22-year-old man, reported to police that while walking in the parking lot of the above area, he observed a black Honda Accord with tinted windows driving in his direction. As the vehicle passed the victim, he observed one of the rear passengers brandish a firearm while making a threatening statement. The occupants were described as three black males and one white male, all wearing black hooded sweatshirts. No shots were fired during the incident. The investigation continues.
