On September 17 at 10:11 AM, officers responded to the area of Dumfries Rd. and Lake Jackson Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a brandishing. The investigation revealed the victim, a 32-year-old woman, was driving on Dumfries Rd. when she was involved in a road rage incident with the driver of a white sedan. While in the above area, the other driver brandished a firearm toward the victim. Upon seeing the firearm, the victim immediately drove out of the area and contacted the police. The driver was described as a light-skinned male with orange hair.
