On May 12 at 11:05 PM, while on patrol in the area of Hoadly Rd. and Prince William Pkwy. in Woodbridge (22192), officers conducted a vehicle stop on a driver for disregarding a red traffic signal. The driver, identified as the accused, was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and taken into custody without incident. While investigating, officers observed a 2-year-old boy in the rear of the vehicle and determined he was not secured properly. The child was unharmed and turned over to a family member. While investigating, officers also determined that the accused was driving without a valid driver’s license. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Danny Jose SARABIA, was arrested.
