On July 27 at 9:51 PM, officers responded to Valvoline located at 14103 Richmond Hwy. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate alarm activation. Upon arriving at the business, officers observed damage to the rear garage door. Video surveillance showed an unknown man kicked the garage door gaining entry into the business. The suspect then left the business and fled the area in a light-colored vehicle. No additional property damage was reported. While checking the area, officers observed damage to a garage door of the Midas Muffler located at 13709 Richmond Hwy. Video surveillance showed the suspect appeared to be the same in both incidents. At this time, no property has been reported missing from either business. The investigation continues.
