On July 8, the second suspect sought in connection to the burglary that was reported to have occurred at Fashion Time located at 2700 Potomac Mills Cl. in Woodbridge (22192) on June 6, was arrested. The accused, Anthony Wayne CANNADY Jr., was located and taken into custody by members of the Fairfax County Police Department. An additional suspect was previously arrested in connection to the burglary on June 16.
