On September 22 at 8:51 AM, officers responded to Joe’s Pizza located at 8390 Centerville Rd in Manassas (20111) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed at approximately 3:00AM, an unknown man removed a window air conditioning unit to gain entry into the business. Upon checking the surveillance footage, officers were able to obtain a suspect description. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing. Shortly after clearing the location, officers responded to an unrelated call on Old Centreville Rd. Responding officers arrived and determined the individual involved in that incident was the suspect from the earlier burglary. Following the investigation, the suspect, identified as Victor Manuel RIOS RUBIOS, was arrested.
