On August 5 at 12:56 PM, officers responded to the Linden Park Apartments located in the 3600 block of Jurgensen Dr. in Triangle (22172) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed the victim, a 63-yearold man, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a knife and attempted to strike the victim. The victim was able to separate from the accused before the accused left the home. While investigating the incident, the accused returned to the home and was taken into custody without incident. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Jason MURAK, was arrested.
