On August 26, after consultation with the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, investigators with the Crash Investigation Unit charged the driver of the 2018 Ford F-150 involved in the fatal crash that occurred in the area of Dumfries Rd and Country Club Dr in Dumfries (22025) on July 21. Following the investigation, the driver, identified as Jesse Rean BACHA, was issued and released on a summons to appear in court.
