On August 13 at 7:45 PM, officers responded to the 15000 block of Alaska Rd. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed while in the above area, the victim, a 41-year-old woman, observed an unknown man, later identified as the accused, not wearing any clothing. The accused was observed walking around the area before going into a vehicle parked nearby. Upon arriving in the area, officers located the vehicle described to police and the accused sitting inside. Officers made contact with the accused and determined he was intoxicated before taking him into custody. At no point did the accused have any physical contact with the victim. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Robert Anthony ANDERSON, was arrested.
