Malicious Wounding of a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – Kilmer Ln. and Jurgensen Dr. in Triangle VA

On October 13 at 12:44 AM, officers were on patrol in the area of Kilmer Ln. and Jurgensen Dr. in Triangle (22172) when they observed a vehicle occupied by an unresponsive driver, later identified as the accused, and a male passenger. Officers were eventually able to make brief contact with the occupants. During the encounter, the accused refused to follow officer’s commands, and put the vehicle into gear. As the accused began to drive away, he grazed two officers and continued to flee out of the area. Officers searched the area for the suspect vehicle which was not located. No injuries were reported by the officers. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Isaiah De-Andre NORMAN. Attempts to locate the accused were unsuccessful.
