On May 6 at 8:45 PM, officers responded to the 2900 block of Williamsburg Ct. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shots fired call. Residents reported to police that gunshots were heard in the above area. The investigation revealed that two men were in the common area between the townhomes when one of the men brandished a firearm and fired multiple rounds. Suspected bullet holes were located in the ground near the area where the shots were reported. Both men fled on foot prior to the police arriving in the area. No injuries or property damage were reported.
