Reckless Handling of a Firearm – 9500 block of Lomond Dr. in Manassas VA

On April 17 at 5:23PM, officers responded to the 9500 block of Lomond Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shots fired call. Residents reported to police that gunshots were heard in the above area. The investigation revealed that the accused fired multiple rounds towards a large rodent that was in a tree on his property. No injuries or property damage were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Carlos Rene CLAROS SANCHEZ, was charged.
