On April 3 at 4:19AM, officers responded to the Arcadia Run Apartments located in the 11800 block of Laurestine Way in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shots fired call. Residents reported to police that gunshots were heard in the above area. While investigating, a resident reported to police that he was stopped at a stop sign in the parking lot when a loud noise was heard before something struck his vehicle.
