On August 18 at 1:14 AM, officers responded to the Signal Hill Apartments located in the 15700 block of Beacon Ridge Dr. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shots fired call. Residents reported to police that multiple gunshots were heard in the above area. While checking the parking lot area, officers located two unoccupied vehicles that sustained damage consistent with being struck by projectiles. No injuries or additional property damage were reported. Officers also located shell casings in the parking lot.
