On October 2 at 4:50 PM, officers responded to the area of Saint Croix Ln. and Trinidad Ct. in Manassas (20109) to investigate shots fired call. The investigation revealed an unknown male suspect, possibly in his late teens, had a brief interaction with an individual at a home on Saint Croix Ln. over a missing phone. After the encounter, the suspect walked away before retrieving a firearm from his waistband and firing a round into the air. No injuries or property damage were reported. While officers were investigating the incident, an individual matching the description of the suspect was seen. The suspect fled on foot and was not located. No additional shots fired calls were reported. The suspect was wearing a blue sweatshirt and black jeans.
