On June 22 at 11:53 PM, officers responded to the area of Summerland Dr and the Prince William Pkwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate shots fired call. The investigation revealed the driver of the white van began shooting toward an older model sedan while both vehicles were at the above intersection. Both vehicles fled the area prior to police arriving on the scene. No victims were identified, and no injuries or property damage were reported. Officers located multiple shell casings and bullet fragments in the roadway.
