On September 30 at 8:27 PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 16200 block of Radburn St. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary-in-progress. The investigation revealed the residents returned to the home and reportedly heard footsteps upstairs. The home was checked by officers, and no one was located inside. The front door to the residence was left unlocked. No property was reported missing
