On August 9 on 1:55 PM, officers responded to the area of Richmond Hwy. and Featherstone Rd. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a brandishing. The investigation revealed the victim, a 22-year-old woman, was driving on Richmond Hwy. when she and a female passenger were involved in a road rage incident with the driver of a Kia Soul. During the encounter, the driver of the other vehicle brandished a firearm and pointed it toward the victim. The victim was able to separate from the other vehicle shortly after and contacted the police. At no time were shots fired during the incident. The driver was only described as a bald heavyset male.
