On May 4 at 10:49 PM, officers responded to the area of Alps Dr. and Colony Creek Ct. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a shots fired call. Residents reported to police that gunshots were heard before a vehicle quickly fled the area. While investigating, officers located a residence in the 14500 block of Alps Dr. with damage consistent with being struck by projectiles. An occupant of the home reported to police that gunshots were heard before observing damage inside the home. No injuries or additional property damage were reported. While canvassing the 14600 block of Alps Dr., officers located shell casings in front of a residence.
