On July 3, the final suspect sought in connection to the shooting that was reported to have occurred in the 2700 block of Yosocomico Ln. in Woodbridge (22191) on June 17, was arrested. The accused, Jerell Joseph BLAKEY Jr., was taken into custody without incident. Two other men were previously arrested in connection to the incident.
