On April 23 at 2:59AM, officers responded to the 13400 block of Photo Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a shots fired call. As police were arriving in the area, officers observed a white sedan strike two vehicles before fleeing at a high rate of speed. A second vehicle was also located and occupied by multiple individuals. While checking the area, officers also located multiple items, a bullet, and other evidence of a shooting. The investigation revealed a physical altercation had occurred as attendees were leaving a party at a home on the street. At one point during the altercation, shots were fired before the parties dispersed. Multiple individuals were located and were not cooperative with officers. No victims were located, and no property damage was reported.
