On July 30 at 10:00 PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14300 block of Rabson Ct. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a 9-1-1 hang-up. The investigation revealed the victim, a 43-year-old woman, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused grabbed the victim’s neck. The victim was able to separate from the accused when a family member intervened. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Adnan MASUD, was arrested.
