Strangulation | Domestic Related [Previously Released] – On March 22 at 2:47AM, officers responded to investigate a domestic that was reported to have occurred at the Windsor Park Apartments located in the 3900 block of Penhurst Ln. in Woodbridge (22192) during the early morning hours of March 1. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 21-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the altercation, the accused pushed the victim onto a couch and grabbed her neck. Eventually, the parties separated, and the accused left the residence. The victim reported sustaining injuries during the incident. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Hunter Stephen VERUCCHI. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.
