On October 15 at 2:13 AM, officers responded to investigate a domestic that was reported to have occurred in the area of Caton Hill Rd. and Prince William Pkwy. in Woodbridge (22191) earlier that evening. The investigation revealed the victim, a 22-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were driving in the above area when the accused put his hands and later his arm around the victim’s neck. The victim continued to drive for a distance before the accused exited the vehicle and contacted the police. Officers located both parties at a residence in Woodbridge where the accused was detained. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Jonathan Abimael PORTILLO-GOMEZ, was arrested.
