On June 6 at 11:30 AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3500 block of Eskew Ct. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. The homeowner, a 77-year-old man, reported to police he was allowing a woman, identified as the accused, to temporarily stay at the home. While residing at the residence, the accused allowed a man inside the home who had been previously trespassed. When the homeowner told both parties to leave the residence, the accused began destroying the victim’s property before pushing the victim to the ground. While the victim was on the ground, the accused struck and kicked him multiple times before taking his property. The accused and the other man then fled prior to police arriving at the residence. A police K-9 searched the area for the accused who was not located. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Shawnta Marie MASON. Attempts to locate the accused has been unsuccessful.
