On September 30 at 9:20 PM, officers responded to the 7400 block of Barbados Ln. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed the victim, a 55-year-old man, was riding his bike in the above area when he was approached from behind and knocked off the bike by an unknown man. The suspect took the victim’s bike and rode off. The victim initially gave chase and stopped after seeing the suspect reach-in their pockets. The victim sustained minor injuries. Officers checked the area for the suspect who was not located. The suspect was only described as a tall black male in his 30’s wearing a black shirt and carrying a backpack.
