On March 31 at 7:40 PM, officers responded to For Your Entertainment located at 2700 Potomac Mills Cl. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. An employee of the store reported to police that an unknown man, later identified as the accused, was observed taking items from the shelves and attempting to conceal them before running out of the store with the unpaid-for items. The employee followed the accused of a short distance before confronting him. During the encounter, the accused pushed the employee and fled on foot. Responding officers located the accused in the parking lot and took him into custody without incident. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Gregory Ruben NEVAREZ, was arrested.
