On September 14, the suspects sought in connection to the robbery that was reported to have occurred at the Marumsco Plaza located at 13989 Richmond Hwy. in Woodbridge (22191) on September 13, were arrested. While patrolling in the above area, officers detained and identified a man and a female juvenile, who matched the description provided to police during the robbery. While investigating the incident, officers determined both suspects were involved in the robbery and were taken into custody without incident. During the investigation, both suspects were found in possession of a controlled substance. Following the investigation, both the suspects, identified as Keyhon Illwerd VASQUEZ and a 17-year-old female juvenile, were arrested.
