On May 7 at 2:35 PM, officers respond to the Black Sheep Restaurant located at 9935 Discovery Blvd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a suspicious person. The manager of the restaurant reported to police that an employee located an unknown man in the women’s bathroom using a phone under the stall walls to view patrons in the bathroom. The manager confronted the suspect who then left the restaurant on foot towards a nearby wooded area. No victims have been identified at this time.
